I work for the DOD under the Department if the Navy. I was suspended last week for not taking the covid test so i talked to a lawyer and I was shocked by what the lawyer had to tell me. This lawyer specializes in Federal Employee cases.

I brought up my issues with the test including informed consent and the fact no one evee responded to my, or any of my fellow coworkers', exemption request. None of us have ever seen an MSDS for the chemicals used on the test, namely ethylene oxide and sodium azide, nor has anyone verbally communicated what is on the tests or the possible effects of these chemicals. I specifically pointed to 21 CFR which covers drug and experimental drugs. 21 CFR explicitly states that any patient must be informed of the testing materials and possible side effects. I also showed the OSHA website FAQ page that says they don't keep track of vax vs unvaxxed injuries or deaths because they dont want to stop people from getting the shots.

I brought up the issue of harassment and discrimination based on religion. None of us heard back about our religious exemptions, so why were we all suspended from work last week?

  1. Your religious exemption is only for the vaccine, not the test. According to the lawyer, the mask, social distancing, "vaccine", and testing mandates are all separate. Meaning you must apply for a religious or medical exemption for EACH ONE.

  2. "The mandates are legal because the democrats interpret the law in way that, since the Constitution does not say they cant do a mandate, they can." Obviously, my immediate response was, "thats not what the 9th and 10th amendments say."

She claimed that these mandates are legal until the cases go to SCOTUS and they say its not legal. Basically, we dont have a constitution anymore. They operate on a guilty until proven innocent mindset.

  1. The lawyer also said the informed consent issue falls under the same umbrella as number 2, because the DOD is following their own procedures and is allowed to do that. Its legal until it goes to SCOTUS.

They are allowed to break the Nuremburg code, which is basically what 21 CFR Subpart B section 50 is, "just because"...

4)the recommendations were to fill out a Request for Accommodation. If/when that is denied, then apply an EEO conplaint. Thats it. Thats all we can do. I dont have the money to do a lawsuit unless i hop on a class action. So if hou guys know of any class action suits, please let a brother know.

This email is from Commanding Officer Atkinson of a specific command. The overarching commander is Jerry Short, who sent us an email earluer this week saying all Fleet Readiness Centers (aircraft rework and testing facilities) will be doing this. There is zero leadership at any level, supervisor to commander. My team has everyone fully vaxxed except me, yet they keep getting sick and having to telework. We have three out sick this week, yet I'm fine.

The email is as follows:

Teammates,

Starting the week of January 10, all unvaccinated military and civilian employees are required to provide a negative COVID test result for access to DoD facilities.

Per Force Health Protection Guidance (Supplement 23) Revision 2, unvaccinated employees who work on site at a DoD facility are required to take a weekly test for access to the DoD facility.

Remote and/or full-time teleworking unvaccinated employees who do not work on-site are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to entering a DoD facility.

Unvaccinated employees and their supervisors will receive an email with additional instructions regarding testing that will include the assigned date, time and location of on-site COVID testing for employees working on-site; remote site testing procedures for detachments and other FRC East work sites; and 72-hour testing procedures for those employees who are teleworking and are required to come on–site to perform official duties.

An employee who has received a positive test result from any rapid or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test, either through mandatory testing procedures or other circumstances, must report the positive test result to their supervisor and the Response Management Center and cannot access any DoD facility until cleared to return by the Response Management Center.

Please be advised that the voluntary COVID-19 testing previously conducted at Trailer 32, Drug Testing Room is no longer available due to the mandatory testing requirement beginning next week.

If you are sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, inform your supervisor and do not report to work on-site or to the testing site at Trailer 32, Drug Testing Room.

FRC East Civilian employees and contractors who are symptomatic should schedule a test with their healthcare providers. Active-duty military members who are symptomatic can contact the Naval Health Clinic at MCAS Cherry Point.

And as a reminder, NAVAIR policy requires all civilian, military, contractors and visitors to wear a face covering at all times in DoD facilities.

As you see in the title. We had a meeting today where we were told that even though our superiors believe we should have a choice, come November 8th, swift action will be taken against us. The religious exemptions that were submitted "are sitting in a cubicle. There is no guidance on how to handle them, so they are sitting still on a desk."

The government can go fuck itself.

As seen in another post, conditional acceptance is the best way to not take the vaccine. I got templates for Condtional Acceptance letter from commonerlaw.com, so please support them. It costs $15, which is a very small price to pay for their help.

Below are letters for California and North Carloina, written speciffically for a Navy Commander. These are state specific because of codes we wrote into them so we can use the law against these people. Some states have their own state OSHA, so check the laws for your state. Using the two below will help guide you in finding the codes for your state, so dont think these arent helpful to you! On the same token, don't think that since this is for the Navy, this is not helpful to you. The earlier stickied post had very few bullet points and I thought they didnt go far enough, so please look at these.

There is a DOD Form 3150 - Certification of Vaccination in which we must attest that we are vacvinated.

If you read the form, the consqeuences are being "treated as not fully vaccinated for purposes of implementing safety measures, including with respect to mask wearing, physical distancing, testing, travel, quarantine, and restrictions to DoD facilities and environments."

First off, they refuse to send us to telework even tbough most of the people i work with could do 95% of their work (no exaggeration) at home. The refusal of telework while simultaneously sending is emails saying how horrific covid is just shows that this is political, not actually out of caution. They were always going to make vax mandatory for us.

Second, how can i, as a hands on engine and gearbox engineer, do my job with no access to the test cells? I can't test engines and gearboxes from home. Data from these tests cant be sent to my comouter at home because its locked down data you dont want in the open, so i have to be there to see it. Not trying to sound high and mighty, but engoneers like me that are hands on and actually love our job and are excellent troubleshooters are not replaceable. Our military is the loser in this. The young 22 year old pilots now have to worry about quality and engine reliability when piloting a helicopter or jet. Thats who i worry about. I want them to have safe equipment.

Not looking for sympathy, but I want this to be one more example of vax health issues and pregnanvy issues.

My brother in law and sister in law are a surgeon and pharmacist, respectively. They are hard left and always complain about conservatives, Chic fil a (not kidding), and conspiracy theorists. I have always been told to never talk about politics around them and I can't speak up when they bring up these topics, trust me, i fought back on this several times, but I'm barred from saying anything since that whole side of the family thinks im insane. Keeping their professions in mind, they also had a 20 minute conversation about "What even is ivermectin? Ive never even heaed of it."

Just 2 months ago i had to endure a whole weekend of listening to them talk about how people are insane for not taking the vax. They also announced that same weekend that they were having a baby, which is a custom baby via artificial insemination. "They did all kinds of test to make sure it would be the strongest of the bunch and we should have no problems. Here we are 2 months later and it's gone. I had this scenario in the back of my head since then, so im not shocked at all, but they are obviously upset.

Since i mentioned they think I'm crazy, ill bring up that over New Years when all the satanists have their performances on TV, they themselves said, "wow... that was really creepy." I told them what symbolism they were seeing and what these people believe, which they seemed to listen to. THEY BROUGHT IT UP! All i did was give more detail, but they talked about me behind my back and made fun of me. I'm so sick of this! I feel sorry for the baby. May Christ take his soul!

Again, i just want this out there for 1 more example.
