Did you live a similar pattern isolated for period life before the year 2020, for a year or many years?
I ask because I assume that's a potential good control period, say your pattern of life from 2018-2019 is no different in 2021 or 2022, but could be altered a bit during 2020 due to potential lockdown or own self imposition of greater isolation. You get what I'm getting at.
Have you seen the video of the girl who had some pre-existing condition which I forget the name, but it means she is highly sensitive to toxic environments and toxins iirc, and she can literally smell-sense the toxicity in places like shops?
She may be on the extreme sensitivity with an excellent early warning system as such, and you may be in the middle.
Yet what is it that is causing the sensitivity?
I still think in terms of probability the answer lies with exosomes.

It turns out exosomes can carry a spike, how they shed so quick, within hours some report hang symptoms being around recently vexed. Really concerning.

The spike protein on it's own may not have shed but come out via cells or exosomes as outlined above.

You have to remember there were two types of genetic vax out there.
- The Pfizer type with the lipid used to carry the mRNA ;
- J&J type, adenovirus used to carry the DNA:
So how did shedding work for the DNA ones?
It used a monkey adenovirus, could they shed more like traditional faxes?
Yet it seems Pfizer is the most common, so that must be a different mechanism or are different vaxxes enabling the same shedding mechanism. This is not straight cut in so many ways.
Really studies need to be done but that's like so old school these days!
As an untaxed are you willing to go get your blood tested and searched for evidence of possibly being vaccinated by air or some other troubles caused by shedding?

There is enough online commentary at this point to know it is a thing. Shedding or something is occurring from work places (a very common on) to being in close contact with family and the odd pet anecdote as is already in this thread.
Anecdotes:
I did come across one online anecdote of a person who claimed after being in a car for some hours with fully vexed people, to getting a blood clot in the leg. They said they were healthy sport ormountin climber type.
I have come across periods disruption and some anecdote in person and online of nose bleeds after being around vexed, some again being in a car for an hour or more with a boxed person.
It is somewhat impossible to avoid for many, and some of us took precautions and tried to stay away from family for weeks which caused a new level of crazy stress (it was then you realise dhow terrified and propagandised people had become), sometimes people were not truthful about their recent vax status, a very common problem seen in anecdotes, and you ended up exposed without knowing, so causing all kinds of confusion.
The self disseminating vaccine segment is the next most awful thing that might madness, it is the most alarming thing after the bodily assault of a direct injection of the genetic poison.
Yea and some people did think this was gaslighting the non-vaxxed but many documents later and the truth of the research into self-spreading vaxxes put that to rest, not comforting but at least some clarity, gaslighting in this instance woudl be preferred and shedding (transmission) to be bogus, but alas it is not.
I've heard some Doctors who were awake but though this was a misdirection, eventually began to see some evidence of shedding or transmission too in patients, probably less so than the volume adverse effects.
On a bright note from direct experience and constantly reading around this subject, so far shedding doesn't seem to be anything like what you get if you physically allowed the genetic poison into your body.
Let's hope it's not vexed by air, then it becomes something you can try manage or prepare for... Cli High suggest chug tea with the high vitamin D to protect against the effects of shedding, ever ivermectin may do this prophylactically but that remains to be seen, as it is such a subset of the overall chaos in these vials.

I too noted the similarity of Q posts to dreams, did you see I wrote that in my earlier post? Interesting you mention that too. It's very striking and I also noted dreams really are like a personal project looking glass if people need a complimentary analogy.
I've read enough now and practiced enough and shared enough with other dreamers, it's the waking reality now that's that real challenge eh... My plan is to put it into real action in reality dreaming.
Thought about a book too, but there are many good books, I think almost enough at this point, but I started chapter one not so long ago, however I like the interactive dialogue that online allows, and has always allowed, it's productive if used wisely, and online is a mother medium, and recently tried out the substack, but really interaction is super, but it does take a lot of time.
I experimented recently too online, on another forum and got a big pre-cog dream hit for the Tonga explosion (but as always ythe info doesn't connect until the event occurs, but it proves the future proves past reality), during that I also had a few pre-cog hits myself... so I'm like who has time to write books!

I think the skill set developed from dreaming helps to integrate that information exchange between live lucid reality and the metaphysical informational realm of dreaming, reality is never the same once you have this set, it's richer and wider, and the msm is like an ant (sorry ants) in comparison.
tbh I instinctively worked this way anyway so it's was natural for me, but it is easily learned, it depends on how much you are willing to play and give yourself over to the whole of the potential of the happenings in your life.
Yea on the date faggin, no point worrying, some people do get very specific dates in dreams, it can and does happen, but not sure it's very common, you get what you need, and it turns out it is always a lot more than you realise.
The main thing you understand is linear time, forget it, it doesn't exist, it's a useful abstract concept that has practical application and gotten us technologically this far, yet time is but a construct... that's how I came to the understanding all things happen at the same time. There is no other explanation, no other realities, just happening happens as one immediate permanent happening, and that is why I believe you can access past and future potentials, it's all simulated or real manifestation, whatever, all at once, is that GOD? Sounds like it, is it beyond words, when you move into it's unconditional grace, absolutely.
Thats a lot of good work and serious commitment over a really decent time frame. A personal treasure chest of information and possibly more!

So I've put in a lot of hours into dreaming and dream decoding, a lot, so many hours, over decades, that I have been able to help others decode the info in their dreams with very little information, because it's all in the dream and you as the dreamer hold all the keys to unlock it.

I will update this post, but thought it might help here, yes it's long, but think events now in Canada. I think this is what I was pre-empting or fore-sensing.

You got me thinking and here is the thing - are you aware that the mother shares her innate immune system with the breast feeding infant?
It's actually incredible how God has provided for life, and why you shouldn't vax these little ones.
The mother passes on demand based on what the baby may need.
Breast milk is first collqustrum (lining the developing intestines with bacteria) then it's nutrition obviously to grow but also it is a medium of transfer for the mother immune system to support the child. The more natural immunity the mother has, I think there protection the child essentially has as cover form the mother.
Breast milk itself destroys virus. I believe it's a natural steriliser.
So good, you'll like this, it actually interferes with pharma crappy more traditional vaccines.
