Whats the significance of it ending on a Friday? Just don't understand if Q referenced fri.13th in the past, or is this just a true coincidence?

someone i was talking to said that DoJ can't step in on elections until 10 days after the election.

I‘ve tried to find some info on these 10 days that the DOJ has to wait... any legally adept here that could point me to the according passages in the law?
