Poster should provide a link to the tweet so that we can study the post history of the tweet author and decide for ourselves whether the person can be believed. It's too easy to make a claim and post it to get visibility these days.

I would take it seriously only when there is corroboration from say, journos who got tips in the past like Solomon or Herridge.
