The Kraken may be the rumored more than one Dominion whistleblowers. If you are a Dominion tech, you'd know if the servers have been seized. Then it's game theory -- unless you are a true believer, you'd want to be the first to make a deal with the Feds. No way the Dems can beat that at SCOTUS.
