Tossing out a lame strawman argument and then defeating that argument doesn't mean you have a legitimate point.
Weather modification/geoengineering/chemtrails have even been discussed on the floor of the United Nations, and patents exist. Weather weapons used in Vietnam War to try to flush out underground tunnels are a historical fact. China even boasted of using this technology when they hosted the Olympics. Why are you so ban-happy?
