Can't say that Jess's info is wrong the bureaucrats at DNI might not be ready however if it is true as reported that the ODNI joined Trump at the Army-Navy game I saw video of Trump there in the stands fist bumping...now it is a quick clip but ODNI doesn't seem to be present. I think he was talking to the Generals in VIP. If so he orally delivered his report to the Generals directly as the game played on. Speculation without more info, true. But I keep my eye's open.
