No, but this person is claiming to have knowledge of Q's next move - so it's essentially the same thing.
Less than 9 people (I believe it's 9) know the plan.
With Austin Steinbart re-emerging the other day, the @kraken_wood account revealing itself to be an antifa/blm shill in disguise, and other efforts to discredit and demoralize, I'm wary of placing faith in an anon claiming to know what Q's plan is, and giving the public instructions - even though, granted, these instructions seem benign
Read the pinned tweet - Lin Wood telling everyone to report the account.
@kraken_wood showed up shortly after the real Kraken Wood account was banned. Many, including myself, believed it was an alternate account, and initial tweets were supportive of Sidney, Lin, Trump, etc., which was likely done to gain a following. Then yesterday my twitter starting blowing up with shitposts about Trump from this account, and it edited its bio and name to reveal its true purpose. They lost a ton of followers just yesterday after they made their true identity known.
That's why I say, anonymous posts may start out uplifting, supportive and benign to reel you in, get your hopes up. Then when promises made aren't kept, it demoralizes everyone. Even worse, it supports media efforts to call Q dangerous and fake.
Doesn't this technically count as outside comms?
I don’t think he is claiming to be Q, is he?

There is nothing benign about asking people to stay complacent and not fight for their country.
