I remember reading something about direct stimulus to the people through the lost wages program? Does anyone recall reading something like this? I thought I came across it a while back but I do not know if that was Q or not. However, if Trump vetoes then sends people money directly right on christmas eve, that may signal a masterful first move in draining the swamp.

Omnibus bills can be redirected. Budgetary bills must be spent as they are signed into law. For obvious reasons, the Congresscritters like the flex of omnibus bills better.
