Nancy and Chuck are white hat controlled. The Trump team made them into larger than life asshoes just to piss you off.

That explains their extreme illogical behavior for sure. What about these governors like Newsom and Cuomo? They must still be controlled by black hats because they are hurting and killing their own citizens.

Its a play off of the old US western movies, where the bad guy would always have a black cowboy hat, and the hero/good guy would have a white cowboy hat. So good guys are white hats, and bad guys are black hats.
