This happened after Anonymous went after Scientology. A whole ton of people claiming to be the HEAD of Anonymous showed up. Most got doxed on one of the onion sites, LULZ.
Now, saying that this person seems to still be leading people to the fight. But I wouldn't even put this person at the same level. There's no proof for E like there is for Q.
I don't know, he seems a bit on the dramatic side. He's our only friend, assistant, etc? I highly doubt that given all that we know from elsewhere. Even with the voice changer you can tell he's either an Aussie or Kiwi, not South African. Is there a connection to Assange? Other than the claim of who he is, there's really no revelation. If he's in such danger, why would he be the sole person in possession of the information? Makes no real mention of currently working with POTUS or any other administration, only past events. Even that's suspect without intimate knowledge of the events. The Jewish references start to raise real doubts for me. We know this all goes far beyond the usual blame game.

Notice at the very end he turns off the voice disguise when he says, "Let's have fun." Sounds like he could be a teenager, which is also supported by his skinny frame that's fairly obvious especially when he goes to take a drink.
I edited the part where he disguised his voice to match the pitch, highs, mids and lows, as well as removed as much of the reverb and other distortions as possible and ended up with what sounds like someone in their early to mid 20's.
