Remember the president of that African country who tested a mango and a deer for COVID? They both tested positive. I saw that in the news twice then it was taken down.
That's kind of what I was alluding to with the dot dot dot. My sarcasm doesn't always come through on one-dimensional text and I don't always remember to tag it with a wink or an '/s'.
But yeah, you're probably right, that's exactly where it comes from. Aside from kickbacks, all that 'foreign aid' must go somewhere!

Tanzania, and it was a pawpaw (aka papaya) and a goat that tested positive.
There were also some nurses who dipped several q tips in tap water and sent them off. Three came back positive for covid.

Yup, and the joke's on us (US)! ??
From us, via the Fed, probably. They have that huge slush fund that Trump took over.
