My first impression of the blast is it happened underground, and the blast is then seeing ejecting from a manhole cover/ sewer.
I don’t think the RV exploded, I also do think the building was an ATT mirror switch to NSA. Someone who said they arenin IT pointed out rooftop loaded with cooling infrastructure indicative of major data center.

When I saw that footage it looked like it was from under the street & across the street from the RV. This narrative of the RV is going to have to change & soon as this footage spreads. Why hasn't POTUS tweeted more about this? Why is the FAA still keeping a no fly zone over Nashville for a street level bombing?
There are several telecomm facilities in that area. Two are ATT. The Batman building down the street which is a colocation datacenter and the IPX hub facility which is the one that was damaged.
The damaged building was actually a switching hub and IPX peering exchage point. My look into it is that the undamaged batman building up the street would house the colo facilities. However, Cloudflare does host some bigger clients that would have been brought in by one of their main architects... an old associate of mine... who has an interesting international background and experience. Those sort of clients would have been candidates for colocating in the more secure IPX facility. I don't think that QRV Voat would be counted amongst them.
Now just before the explosion, you will see a line on the screen for about 3 secs. That fades downwards that once gone then the bomb goes off.
What is that?
Could that be a drone? Or something else going on?
Also, we know before it hit a message was being broadcasted, so this tells me it was about killing people as much as it's being used for another reason. (Either cover up something, destroy something, or be used to maybe lockdown/other agendas.)

Note: AWS KMS saves references to the older backing keys when renewing. So that KMS is able to decrypt data or data keys that were generated by older versions of backing keys. Otherwise, those data/data keys can never be decrypted.

I'm thinking the RV was sent in by white hats to warn about the event that they had info on but could not prevent.

Also... Cloudflare, like most high end cloud networks are meshed between multiple locations. Often using Akamai and its descendent technologies.

I read there were "servers" or "data" info stored in an ATT building there. Not sure if this is true. I think I was reading this info on POAL.
