I think between your first 3 choices, the first is most likely and the one in which im most hopeful for. As for 4,5,6, and 7. #6 is unlikely. Im 36 and I know many people younger and older than myself who do not possess the mental capacity to be deputized nor should they be. This in itself could cause a massive problem I would think. As for points 4,5, and 7..... who the fuck knows. With everything 2020 threw at us, I think anything is possible and I question everything now.
