But let's face it, using the military is extreme, and I would imagine that we would want to use every last second of our time possible to prepare people and show them why it's necessary...first...every Last Second!

How will the public be informed? The only way for the public to get any information is through the MSM. What we need are some bi-planes flying across the sky above the Walmart parking lot with some long printed message signs in tow.
