These calls were released about a year ago on youtube. Youtube had recently (last 3 months or so) deleted those videos.

So it's nice to see these videos reuploaded. I do believe that John Kerry was also involved in these talks as well. It sounds like quid pro quo to me, but Biden would deny the allegations.
