I don't see anything about any failure, including Rhea and HPSS at Oakridge currently. It is showing that all 3 systems are currently operational. Frontier is the next system to come out in 2021. Kraken was the computer at U. Tennessee, it was decommissioned in 2014. I would say that if this is a legitimate post from anyone connected to Powell or POTUS that this is deliberate misinfo.

I searched some of the text, 'cumberland river cooling system' to see what it would show. This same exact text from the OP is posted at many sketchy websites, so appears some kind of disinfo. Is it totally fake? No. There are multiple claims made in it - we should start from the top. Did ATT get a contract, and were the machines in fact moving to nashville for the audit? Who designs a supercomputer without a hardwired backup for the cooling system that at least allows it to power down without frying? (I guess the government might lol).

Wikipedia even admits that Dominion was acquired by Staple Street Capital in 2018.
