Is it totally fake? No. There are multiple claims made in it - we should start from the top. Did ATT get a contract, and were the machines in fact moving to nashville for the audit? Who designs a supercomputer without a hardwired backup for the cooling system that at least allows it to power down without frying? (I guess the government might lol).
