I really think he actually was telling the truth for the second time. First time was when he was bragging about firing the UK prosecutor over his investigation of Hunter and holding back the billion dollars (which he looted from anyway). This Joe bastard just loves bragging about breaking the law and laughing about it. I hope he is the very first traitor to face the Jury.
