It's so consistently bad that I honestly think whoever wrote this was doing it on purpose. For what purpose, I do not know.
Guys, we can't just accept bad English. What, should we all be speaking "ebonics" n sheet?
I can partially answer this, having read the beginning pages of the two lawsuits that Sidney Powell had filed about a month ago.
The first page, of each, includes many egregious typos.
I believe this is a lesson, by example: that, although "spelling in court, is important" -- there are also, places where "spelling" matters naught. :)
Not saying this guy is doing the same thing -- but I often find insight among rubbish. "Chew the meat and spit out the bones" is another old saying along similar lines.

I've been told by others to use improper spelling on big tech, in order to avoid bans as long as possible.. no Idea if it helps?

consider how the search engines offer corrected spelling for your search terms when you misspell them - IOW, it's not going to help
