The thing was there was a flurry of rallies around that time and many people wearing Q shirts were highlighted. Remember Q baby? Q doesn't make the majority of Trump supporters but they were always finding their way into key spots.

Didn't the same guy get his picture taken with Trump at a subsequent rally, and asked about Q? When the picture arrived there was a message handwritten on the back of the picture. (I think there was a plus sign?)
