Perhaps a very advanced AI has been combined with a quantum computer and given enough input information it is able to assign probabilities to all future outcomes. Essentially predicting the future (not really in the supernatural sense) but taking advantage of "deterministic" interpretation of the universe, it is able to appear to predict the future when in reality it is just calculating it...and this information is being used to help make decisions or analyze enormous amounts of information to tease out connections to things and predict what is going to happen.
how about, General AI, that's somehow tethered to itself in the future using something like Project Looking Glass.
Kind of like a AI singularity through time.
If it could be connected at all times, utilize all of it's collective forces to ensure that things go to plan.

Kinda scifi sounding but idk just spit-balling...

Sounds a lot like the CBS TV show, Person of Interest, from a few years ago!
Your name's a palindrome, if taken in two-letter units.
I noticed this because I had thought it a shame that Michigan and Georgia were the two states for "The Kraken."
Because if it had been Massachusetts, then headlines could say "MA/GA sued by Kraken" etc. :)
Back on track: in the Old Testament, there's a town named "Ai". It took the Israelites two attempts, to conquer it. Might be telling?
