The dog toys are China Pooh, an elephant (GOP), a weasel, and a mug. Can someone smarter than me put this all together?

If I had to guess the GOP (elephant) are weasels that are in bed with China (Xi Pooh bear) who will soon have their mug shots taken (arrested).
