well there was the Pence-Paul Ryan thing where they planned on replacing the Trump campaign during the republican conference. I think the GOP told Trump to take Pence as his VP. Kind of like Reagan got told to take HW.

Then Pences wife getting the envelope.

Plus the way it all has gone, I expect the betrayal, even though I would be happy if it didn't happen.
