I'm leaning toward Sidney having been named a special counsel day 1. She's got it all, had 4 years to do anything with full access to any military intelligence if it is in her purview. State Secrets. She's using Lin Wood to start publicly deciminating info to ease the shock that's coming. He is her attorney. He just started accusing after POTUS signed that classified info can be conveyed to grand jury. It is a Movie!

I dont think wood is the best option for getting info out, he doesn't have a massive following on Twitter, not even a million. That's not getting out to the masses.
He doesn't need to be followed by everyone. But his tweets were trending anyway. So those are being read by a lot of non-followers who may or may not be retweeting or commenting on his tweets.
