One of my state's Senators, James Lankford, serves on Senate Rules Committee. He's also on the list of 11 Senators contesting some electors. I doubt if he would allow such shenanigans to get through committee.

Now, on the house side, one of my state's Representative is minority leader on the Rules Committee. Doubt he would permit such shenanigans to proceed without a fight. Still, good to keep your eyes on the house cuz they're really sneaky, unfair and like a runaway railroad.
