I think the new house seats are sworn in tomorrow, January 3rd. We need 218 seats to take the majority, tomorrow Democrats will have 222 and Republicans will have 212. New York's 22nd congressional district remains undecided.
We have not seen the ODNI report. We have only done a forensic audit of 1 county in Michigan. Going in to this election, based on turnout at the rallies alone, I felt Trump was going to win every state. Its my guess, when/if we do a forensic audit of all states using Dominion voting machines, many seats will be overturned.
Look at New York and California as examples. These states have been decimated by the communist leadership for years, we know these states should have turned red this time. The focus is on the swing states right now, this is where the blatant vote fraud took place to put Biden in office, however we know there was fraud in every state won by the democrats and if we can get our hands on those machines it can all be proven.
The Constitution does not tell us what to do in the event of massive fraud. In the case for the Presidential seat, the electoral college is given discretion to resolve disputes and the election is legitimate when they say it is. However, historically on a state level judges can order a new election if fraud or error can be proven. I know in Michigan this time the Senate seat was stolen from John James and it was given to Peters via fraud. James had a wide lead at the end of election day and he lost to Peters about the same time the large ballot dump put Biden in front of Trump.
I am hoping once Trump is inaugurated he will demand a forensic audit of all the states and a large majority for both houses will come floating to the surface for conservatives and many people will go to prison.
Have a good day!!! WWG1WGA!!!
I wonder if it’s to dissuade a situation where a president runs with an appropriate VP on his ticket, then dumps him after the election and nominates “his guy” for whatever reason. As a reward or for profit or whatever. Initially the American people have a role in choosing the VP - they can either vote for the candidate with his VP or not. But after taking office there would be no checks and balances without congressional oversight. Just speculation
