Lin Wood and other high profile accounts are not being overlooked by any algorithm. It's a human decision to leave him alone. As to why, we can only speculate.

I heard Dorsey was flipped and told to allow the plan to run up until a certain point to allow the normies to see the depth or corruption and censorship. But it seems now is the time to allow some truth bombs to detonate.
