Yeah is it normal for them to have 6 year olds in strange outfits pour water pitcher by pitcher on a cover for a spa, if that's what that platform even is?

It's a theme park in turkey so I would assume so? I don't know the whole context of the video. Certain countries have different customs. What's 'normal' to turkey, would NOT be considered the same here in the U.S.

My argument is that this is a bath house located in Turkey.
