No... tweets do not seem to cause panic. Mass arrests would cause panic though.

It is way past time to start showing some actions, rather than more talk. If substantial actions are not taken today, tomorrow could turn into a complete shit show... lots of false flag attacks blamed on Trump supporters as well.

That would all be entirely on President Trump's head, if he allows that to happen. I don't think he would do something that stupid, but we will see.
