Spygate and FISA Gate are tied together. Watch the Bongino video. It's all the same people.
The Obama admin used FISA warrants to spy on Trump.
After Trump gets into office, and has intel on Biden, and who knows who else, he is able to authorize his team to Legally gather intel on Biden, and the rest tied to foreign countries. FISA works both ways.

I still think DB nailed the cast of characters. Yes there's more to the story, but he was doing a lot of groundwork before the first Q drops. I don't know what he might have picked up from Q,or who his connections are, but he was personally familiar with some of the key players.
His book on it is good too. Lays it all out simply.
