so all the times when supernatural non-human and non-terrestrial beings visited people in the bible those were demons too? They were Angels aka messengers.

There are good spiritual beings and evil spiritual beings.

However, many UFOs are spiritual entities and not manufactured craft. Can't say whether they are exclusively good or evil either, could be a mix.
