It's not about my feeling. It's about the fact that 8kun is visible part of the URL.

It's still not an "8kun" document just because someone posted a copy there. Would you call the U.S. Constitution an "8kun" document if someone posted a copy on 8kun? Being posted on 8kun doesn't change what something is.
