QAnons are suggesting in that image that this is a coded message from Chuck Grassley that he is in on it.

That's him. Blue checkmark. Why would a US Senator tweet something like this? Totally absurd. He found a pigeon and is tweeting on the internet to check if someone lost their dead bird?

How is this possible? Why would a US senator tweet something like that? Very odd misspellings and special character placement. Very odd message from a senator. Why can I get it to translate to something involving Qanon and Storms?

In Q's Post 55 on http://qanon.pub Q says in November 2017, almost three years before Grassley's post:

The Storm refers the time when the fighting gets more violent between the US Military and the Cabal. There is video of Trump warning of the Storm, and also in his tweets. Q also says it in his posts.

While it is possible to program the calculator with nonsense to get a specific word output, it is only possible if Senator Grassley is putting in that nonsense into his tweets. The calculator cannot be programmed to display the word "Trump" for any desired input, for example.
