It means all of this is planned out and scripted and we are watching this plan unfold. You can’t just arrest everyone 3 years ago because you have the intel dirt on them. People will oppose it. So you put a plan together that lets the people see the corruption of the swamp and deep state. This is referred to as watching the movie or enjoying the show.
