The way I look at it is not that RED1 leads to Red2 etc, but rather RED N are logical outcomes at certain points in the operation.
For example. Trump might need to communicate something very important, and twitter just wouldnt want it to go out. At that point whether its RED1 or not doesnt even matter to them.
OR, when DS believes Trump is fully defeated, they will invariable temove his twitter because they are not worried.
If you use the anology of Satan - its because Satan is sure that he will defeat God regardless. And that applies to Deep State as well. In the end, DS believes they can defeat Trump. Trump putting up a facade of being silly and dumb really encourages them too

Coincidentally if you google 10th mountain what comes up is they, along w 1st marines divisions were to get the first new JLTV vehicles in Jan 2019 to replace aging assault vehicles. Perhaps another coincidence? Probably not
