Might be able to get a better answer elsewhere, but these are just markers. Q is, we think, a military option so the marker names are probably meaningful in that way.

They're meant to mark events for comm purposes. In the drop you can see Q called them "RED1", etc. If we search all Q drops for "RED1", we can find other drops where it appears Q uses the markers as comms. Example below:

However, I don't have the knowledge (doubt many do) to read what that above drop is. For our purposes, these markers are ways for us to tell how far into the plan we are. From the looks of it we just triggered the first marker, as Twitter recently removed 3 very recent Trump tweets. Some anons are calling RED1 "Crossing the Rubicon" I believe, as its supposed to begin the madness that we're seeing unfold now. RED2-RED6 could take place over the course of the next few hours, or the next few months. Unfortunately we aren't privy to that part of the plan :(.
