Just a few thoughts:

January 6 was the day of epiphany for Christians. Epiphany is a word that means

3a(1) : a usually sudden manifestation or perception of the essential nature or meaning of something. (2) : an intuitive grasp of reality through something (such as an event) usually simple and striking. (3) : an illuminating discovery, realization, or disclosure.

Today was definitely illuminating. The rats certainly and definitively moved from darkness into the light.

Hopefully that is an indication that the plan is still in place.
