When I worked (LOL - federal 'worker') for the Fed, we were UNABLE to change the auto-screen lock on our work computers. I don't remember what the actual time was but 15 minutes would seem reasonable. And yes, we has TS level computers, as I'm sure the Speaker of House (and her aides!) would have.

(With removable hard drives if we were in a SCIF!)
