I think they know it is time for the military to defend our country from this cyber attack (fraudulent election) and start rounding up all the traitors.

RED4 seems to be happening now moving 6000 "National Guard" to DC to protect against riots. The 10 mountain division is apparently part of that.

So, that is why they are panicking, I would say. Most of them will face a death penalty in the military tribunals.
