Element / FluffyChat / Dio / Matrix.org ( these are awesome as the encryption works well. Element was formerly known as Riot.im which is what the idiots at ANT1F4 were using. I suggest this route - but your your own home server and don’t register via matrix.org u less you fully understand that can track you )
Telegram ( absolutely gorgeous product so if you have family you want off texts this is what I would push to. It requires a phone # for registration - but it’s better than nothing and actually a fun app )

It’s all telco based connection on Zello.

You can set up your own private com’s private channels with passwords it works pretty damn well we use it during hurricanes down here in Houston

Decides to push to talk to is actually a decent Chad functionality and you can also do direct voice comes without push to talk as well as posting images coordinates and Geo location which comes in very handy win in an emergency you need to meet up with family
