Someone brought Antifa into the equation which resulted in five of those protest being discarded because the Senators were adversely influenced by the resulting violent action. Debate and presentation of evidence was severely curtailed. If someone opposing the certification protest instigated or directed Antifa, that would be interfering with a Constitutional function.
