I'd be damned. I noticed the angle change and was thinking to myself, what was the point of that? Addresses are usually shot using a single camera angle...
I thought it was initially to throw off any idea of green screen or deep fake but was weirded out by it.
Added later and edited to make it look like it was said in the middle of the speech.
It contains the SOS message and also the "healing and reconciliation" that all the congress critters were parroting the other day.
