The speech today looks like it was prerecorded a while ago.
One on the left: Quiet, green hedges (in January), no wind, no big coat (which he was wearing hours earlier).
One on the right looks very pre-recorded, which is funny because I also thought the one on the left was pre-recorded when I first saw it.
For one you can tell the difference in lighting by color of his face and can replicate it across many press conferences over the years. Some networks have the bloody orange filter over his face which makes his hair a bit darker, others tone it down more and you can see him have light yellow-ish hair and a paler face in those.
Hair on the left does look very white/grey... could they both be pre-recorded? One was just recorded way before the other one? Also possibility of deep-fakes, like earlier posts have mentioned.
Different lighting...different colors..shadows etc. Basic photography.

Well, I think some people love a delicious conspiracy more than the boring truth. But it's all good, no biggie... never mind that I'm a professional photographer and happen to know a thing or two about this subject. Thanks for your comment patriot.

The one on the left was pre recorded - Someone pointed out yesterday that the crowds were still in the area and it was silent in the background.
Also green hedges and no wind? Green screen or prerecorded. The one on the right could be prerecorded as well.
