The ones that get charged with Treason. Drink poison or get shot by a firing squad. They wind up six feet under either way. The people involved know the score. They know they've screwed the country. You'll often see Q highlight the word "knowingly" because that's what's treasonous. They've been running scared ever since Trump got elected.
