OOOHHHH that makes a ton of sense! I totally wondered why he seemed to ramble. I heard today that when the “scared” Senators ran from the room, they were heading down to tunnels to leave but the DS people who were to meet them weren’t there (sounded like they were already rounded up) and the Senators couldn’t navigate the tunnels without them so they had to come back up and begrudgingly resumed their count. A lot of stuff happening that we don’t hear of.
