Our first President didn't take office until 1789. 1776 was when we declared independence and the war started. In addition, while March 4 was the date, it was April when Washington was sworn in.

Maybe it is a typo in making a point among people, but that fact is still incorrect so it makes me wonder if this is just another Anons wishful thinking and guesses.

However, as for restoring the old Republic under the original constitution, Q has made that very clear when he said this was about restoring Old Glory.
