No, only certain internet sites/users are shutdown right now. Red2 is all comms in Continental US. We're not there yet. When that happens POTUS' will address us via the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS).

i think so. the only way to get "nEwS" is through msm. thats why president trump is going to use the emergency broadcast system to bypass the cencorship.
