WHAAAAT? Did this just just get posted to the site or did it somehow fly under the radar?

It was signed on the 5th - they obviously knew what would happen on the 6th. I only noticed it today but haven't checked the site in about a week - so it could have been there earlier. My guess, though, is they didn't post it until after the 6th.
