Is it possible for an entire website to be nuked? Like this one?

Can "they" do that? If so, how? Walk me through that process? Does it depend on who owns the IP address? Basically, what I am asking is are we in danger of losing this site and TDW?

They can block or take down but they cant ever completely eliminate something that goes on the web. The best they can do is bury it deep
